1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at desiscript.com or engaging Desi Script for custom software engineering, business automation, website development, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Scope of Services
Desi Script provides digital engineering and transformation services, including:
- Growth Systems: High-converting business websites, lead funnels, and CRM automation.
- Software Systems: Custom internal tools, client portals, business dashboards, and SaaS engineering.
- Interactive business diagnostic calculators and audit tools.
Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and milestones are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Desi Script and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment under an executed agreement, all custom deliverables and proprietary code written specifically for the client are assigned to the client. Desi Script retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, open-source libraries, utility tools, and general knowledge developed independently of client-specific IP.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
Services are billed in accordance with the schedule outlined in the project proposal or retainer invoice. Milestone-based projects typically require an initial commencement deposit followed by progress milestones and final acceptance releases.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Desi Script, its directors, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our software, websites, or operational automations.
